Italian Chef Igor Bocchia
grew up in the mountains near Venice, and trained with Michelin-starred Restaurant Chefs.
He worked in five-star luxury hotels in Italy, Europe, Oceania, Asia and Africa and has been cooking for nearly thirty years.
After over fifteen years abroad, he came home to Italy with a large set of cooking techniques from around the world.
Igor greatly values a natural cuisine and therefore prefers local ingredients of the season, which are freshly prepared every day, on site.
Thanks to his vast fine-dining experience, love for cooking and creativity, he manages to create amazing dishes.
He will pamper you with delicious, revisited traditional dishes.
