Igor Bocchia
grew up in the mountains near Venice and trained with Michelin-starred Restaurant Chefs.
He worked in five-star luxury hotels in Italy, Europe, Oceania, Asia and Africa and has been cooking for over thirty years.
After over fifteen years abroad, he came home to Italy with a large set of cooking techniques from around the world.
Igor greatly values a natural cuisine and therefore prefers local ingredients of the season, which are freshly prepared every day, on site.
Thanks to his vast experience, love for cooking and creativity, he manages to create amazing dishes.
We have also carefully selected local and international wines and spirits to complement your experience.

Local Produce
We use, as much as possible, our own organically-grown produce, truffle, honey, eggs, olive oil and fruits.
Nearby and regional producers and farmers also provide us with meat, cheese, hams, salami, wines, cereals.
In Tuscany, we don’t need to look very far to find some of the best produce in the country!
We focus on the quality and freshness of the ingredients, but also their regional origin and season.
