What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in: 4pm – 9pm
Check-in at Stelle di Monte begins at 4pm, but we are happy to arrange an earlier arrival, between 10:30am and 2pm, upon prior arrangement. We will let you have the room early, if it is ready, otherwise, you can leave your luggage here while the room is being prepared.

The reception is closed from 2 to 4pm. Check-ins are not possible between 2pm and 4pm.

If there is an issue and you arrive at a different time that initially confirmed, or after 9pm, it is crucial to let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements, as we are not always on site.

After 9pm, we will charge a late check-in fee.

Check-out: 6am – 10am
On the day of departure, we ask you to kindly leave the room by 10:00am to allow us time to prepare the room for future Guests.
We can offer late check-out upon request, subject to availability (fees apply).
If you need to leave early, that isn’t a problem at all, just let us know the day before, please.

For your convenience, we can keep your suitcases in storage, in case of an early check-in or if you leave Montepulciano a few hours after checking-out.
