What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in: 4pm – 10pm
Check-in at Stelle di Monte begins at 4pm, but we are happy to arrange an earlier check-in, upon request. We will let you have the room early, if it is ready. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage here while the room is being prepared.
If there is an issue and you arrive at a different time that initially confirmed, or after 10pm, it is crucial to let us know ahead of time to make arrangements, as we are not always on site.

Check-out: 6am – 10am
On the day of departure, we ask you to kindly leave the room by 10:00am to allow us time to prepare the room for future Guests.
We can offer late check-out upon request, subject to availability (fees apply).
If you need to leave early, that isn’t a problem at all, just let us know the day before, please.

For your convenience, we can keep your suitcases in storage, in case of an early check-in or if you leave Montepulciano a few hours after checking-out.
